We ship every order from our small-batch studio with care. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

Domestic shipping

• Standard (3–5 business days): $6.95 — free on orders $75+
• Expedited (2 business days): $14.95
• Overnight (1 business day): $29.95

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

International shipping

We ship to most countries via DHL and USPS International. Rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at hello@embraceyourbody.net and we will make it right.
